In Pennsylvania’s 7th congressional district, LCV Action Fund-endorsed Rep. Susan Wild is facing a challenge from millionaire CEO Lisa Scheller. In Congress, Wild has been a strong environmental champion – earning an impressive lifetime score of 97% in LCV’s National Environmental Scorecard. She also helped pass major climate legislation that will create new clean energy jobs for Pennsylvania, lower energy costs for consumers, and move us past our dangerous dependence on fossil fuels. Scheller, on the other hand, has opposed a plan to lower energy costs for middle-class families and opposed making wealthy corporations pay their fair share – proving that she’s only out for herself and the corporate special interests backing her campaign.
