Las Vegas, NV — Today the LCV Victory Fund and EDF Action Votes announced a new independent expenditure effort that highlights Sam Brown’s scheme to use campaign donations marketed for other Republican candidates but using it for his own campaign debt. The six figure ad buy will run on digital channels targeted to Nevada Spanish speaking communities.

In 2022, Sam Brown started a fundraising committee to help Nevada Republicans. But as it turns out, only 2% went to other candidates using the majority of funds to pay for his own campaign. These prompted attack ads from fellow Republican Dr. Jeff Gunter began by calling him “Scam Brown.”
