LCV Victory Fund Launches New Wave of House Ads
Washington, D.C.– Today, LCV Victory Fund announced their continued efforts on House races with the launch of new House ads in NY-19, OR-05, MT-01 and CA-45. These ads include digital and broadcast spots, as well as a mail program in CA-45 opposing Dirty Dozen member Michelle Steel. These are part of the $14 million House campaign that launched in September–which now stands at $15 million– and will support 16 House races across the country.
NY-19: You Pay More (Opposing Rep. Marc Molinaro)
This contrasting ad calls out Marc Molinaro for accepting funds from a corporate PAC with ties to a utility company, while contrasting Josh Riley’s record of not accepting corporate PAC money. The ad, which also notes the rising cost of utilities for families, will run on Binghamton broadcast starting today through October 7.
OR-05: Life’s Nice (Opposing Rep. Lori Chavez-DeRemer)
This ad calls out Rep. Lori Chavez-DeRemer’s record of supporting Trump’s tax breaks for corporations and millionaires and voting to rollback limits on pollution. This ad will run on digital platforms through Election Day.
MT-01: 18 Investigations (Opposing Rep. Ryan Zinke)
This spot calls out Ryan Zinke for being a corrupt politician citing his 18 federal investigations and his attempt to profit from out-of-state interests buying Montana land. This ad will run on digital platforms through Election Day.
These ads emphasize MAGA candidates’ support of Big Oil, actions to roll back access to clean air and water, corruption and how cozying up to corporate interests increase costs for families. The ad against Rep. Marc Molinaro (NY-19) will air on broadcast, while the ads against Rep. Lori Chavez DeRemer (OR-05) and Rep. Ryan Zinke (MT-01) will run on digital platforms. In CA-45, a new 7 piece mail program calls out Dirty Dozen member Michelle Steel for accepting millions in corporate donations, including donations from Big Oil.
“Voters need to know that there is a clear choice up and down the ballot this election cycle,” said Megan Jacobs, Vice President of Paid Communications and Elections. “MAGA House Republicans are determined to undermine and dismantle all the climate progress made by the Biden-Harris administration, despite the very real impacts of climate change happening across the country. This November, we must elect pro-environment candidates and climate champions to the House who will look out for the health and safety of our communities and support a clean energy economy that lowers costs for families across the country.”
These ads come in the final five weeks of the 2024 election cycle and follow LCV Victory Fund’s announcement at the start of this month of the expansion of its field program by $6.2 million, upping the investment to $20.7 million to include additional House races across the country.

NY-19: You Pay More
Career politician Marc Molinaro. Took thousands from a corporate PAC tied to a New York utility company, ripping us off
Marc Molinaro gets his money. You pay more.
Josh Riley refuses corporate PAC money, because his vote is not for sale.
OR-05: Life’s Nice
Life’s nice when you can write the rules in your favor.
Lori Chavez-DeRemer supported Trump’s two trillion tax giveaway
Most of which helped millionaires like herself and big corporations.
Who cares if we pay higher taxes? She’s taken care of.
And Chavez-DeRemer voted to roll back rules protecting our air and water.
She won’t have to live with the consequences.
Lori Chavez-DeRemer out for herself, not us.
MT-01: 18 Investigations
Meet Ryan Zinke
18 federal investigations
A cloud of alleged corruption
Using his office for personal gain
No wonder Ryan Zinke resigned from the Trump administration in disgrace.
And that’s not all, Zinke tried to personally profit from out of state interests buying up Montana land.
He even took campaign cash from a PAC connected to a Chinese company.
Ryan Zinke is nothing but a corrupt politician.
