In California’s 41st Congressional District, LCV Action Fund-endorsed Will Rollins is challenging long-time Republican incumbent Ken Calvert. Will Rollins is a former federal prosecutor who is calling for increased incentives to expand clean energy. Ken Calvert is a career politician with an 8% lifetime LCV score who has taken nearly half a million dollars in campaign contributions from the oil and gas industry. Calvert voted against the clean energy tax credits that are creating California jobs, and even voted three times to try to repeal them.
